ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

A vision to serve.

John E. Campbell, father of Judith Campbell, lived a life of service to others. He was a Pearl Harbor survivor, decorated U.S. Marine fighter pilot in WWII, and a helicopter pilot in the Korean Conflict. After his military service, John went on to work for ABC Television, Silver Springs, Weeki Wachee State Parks in Florida, and SeaWorld in San Diego. He was very involved in the creation of this foundation in loving memory of his daughter, Judith. It is because of his successes and achievements that this foundation is possible.

Investment Policy

Foundation funds and investments are managed by a qualified investment advisor. In accordance with 501c (3) best practices, our Foundation has adopted a conservative investment strategy. The objective of this strategy is to preserve initial capital and manage operations and distributions through investment income. We plan to be around for a long time.

Donation Policy

The Judith Campbell Educational & Community Foundation does not generally accept donations, however, if you are interested in sponsoring a substantial scholarship or community grant and partnering with us in order to make that happen, please contact Foundation Chairman, Jeffrey Campbell to discuss.
